We are a husband and wife duo that live in rural North Dakota. Andrew is the inventor/creator of The Magnet Buddy. Sammy helps with all of the back-end stuff: the website, all of our sales channels (you can find us on Facebook and eBay), shipping, marketing.

Andrew had the idea for the Magnet Buddy in early 2023. He taught himself Fusion360 so he could make his very own design and we print them on our own 3D printers. He was working in a factory at the time and realized there was a simple yet common need for a convenient way to manage tool batteries, especially for those who frequently use drills and other power tools. Andrew's passion for tinkering and building was instilled from a young age, growing up alongside his Dad, Grandpa, and Uncles who were always working on something. Idle hands were not common in their family, and this hands-on experience laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial
spirit.

I (Sammy) stay home with our two kids, our dog Kimber, and our chickens and ducks. Andrew works full time and loves to tinker with anything and everything in his “free time”. There’s always a project to do when you’re the “Jack-of-all-trades” type. I’ll always be grateful that I married a handyman, even when I’m looking at 6 unfinished projects at any given moment. Life is crazy but we enjoy the ride.

Magnet Buddy is still small but we hope to grow as time pushes on...Our goal is to expand to other tool brands. We hear your requests and want to better serve you!
